Absolutely appalling customer service, i emailed the company because i never received my order and the abuse i received was disgusting. my order never arrived and they said it was down to my incompetence, all my other orders from other companies get delivered, this company will not send you your order but they will take your money so be careful when ordering items from this company.

As I have stated and provided evidence of your tracking YOU refused delivery 3 times, you state you've never refused delivery and royal mail don't know a thing about your delivery but how is it I have tracking information from them?
And I never once said it was down to your incompetence infact you said that to me, here's a recap of your email actually...
'have been waiting for my order since i made the purchase, please explain why i would refuse delivery? i wouldnt as i wanted my order,, you have fraudulently scammed me out of 86.50 which i have now reported as an act of fraud.. i have been in contact with royal mail who dont know anything about this delivery.. therefore i demand a full refund for the goods ive not received due to your error and incompetence '....
To then my reply was 'This is not my error or incompetence. Like I have stated you can see in black and white when the parcel was dispatched by ROYAL MAIL. I will contact Royal mail myself.'
